For Grayson's second Halloween, we scratched our heads to find him a good costume that he would like. He hates hats so 70% of the costumes are out. UPS man was so cute last year, it is hard to top that. Even though he is older now, we were not sure "trick or treating" is a suitable for him or not. We were going to see how his mood was first before deciding to go or not. However, we knew that we want to at least get some cute pics of him in an outfit of some sort. When I came home from work, it had aleady been getting dark. Kids were starting to go around the neighborhood. When we tried to put the costume on Gray, the s hit the fan! He was soooo mad. Kick, punch, scream, cry, you name it. Not only we had to get him used to the costume, we were trying a pair of news shoes on as well. He usually gets pretty freaked out by that alone.

To calm him down, I took G outside for some fresh air and to let him see the other kids trick or treating. He remained upset in the beginning and finally chilled out. Tish joined me once it got less embarassing. :-)

We let him roam around outside since there were rarely any cars out. That was when he eyed a small tree across the street at the elementary school. Who knew circling around a tree for an hour can be so much fun?? We laughed our butts off and G was having a good time (loved posing for the camera too).

THAT was how we spent G's second Halloween. Not too "eventful" but lots of fun! Maybe next year G will actually eat some candy on Halloween night!
