A lot of Grayson's toys are cars or things with wheels. He has always been fascinated with them ever since he was little. A few months ago, he really took a liking to the Cars character from Disney (above). We got a pair of CARS shoes, a CARS shirt that says "Speed" when you hit a button, and a few CARS toys since then. They seem to always bring a smile to Grayson's face.
Speaking of cars, Grayson has been memorizing a few car models for a while now...
A white Toyota RAV4: Mimi's vehicle. Grayson grins from ear to ear when he sees it coming his way.
A black Protege, Daddy's car. Very familar with it from all the times Mommy took him outside to welcome Daddy home. He also knows how to blow the horn quite well, Daddy used to let him honk it all the time when they lived in a trashy neighborhood. Grayson also puts on a big smile when he sees this car.
Today, when we were hanging out on the front steps, a car passed by. Grayson said "kah". Delighted and surprised, we wanted him to say it again. Of course he wouldn't. Not until a little later when another passed by! The next time, he actually said "car". I made a note that he actually sounded it out very correctly, "r" and all. :-)
We just love watching him learn.

:)He is definintely all boy! We are challenged to find a new pair of wheels! :) He is learning so many things so fast! Every time I see him it seems like it's something new
