Silk....does a painter good.

Something funny that we discovered about Grayson has to do with his Silk (soy milk). We have talked about how hard it is for G to concentrate and eat a full meal. He is so picky with food and often gets distracted. Sometimes it takes up to an hour for a feeding!

Silk is a big part of his meal. You can pretty much say it is a staple for him. He uses Silk to "flush" food down, quench his thirst, and sometimes to put himself sleep (see this blog: In the Ring). Recently, G has found a new use for it... When our little guy feels that he has had enough of the white, silky product, he tips his sippy cup over and start to paint with it! That's right paint! He uses the tip of the sippy as a "brush", and drags it across his tray as the milk slowly pours out. He attempts to create fluent and curvy patterns, and if we don't catch him in time, his hands often make a cameo to add to his artwork! :-)
